I said recently that the current $8000 tax credit for elegiable first time home buyers is coming to end quickly, requiring sales completed prior to Dec. 1 to qualify for the program. It appears another variation of the tax credit is coming on it's heels, one that will apply to ALL home buyers AND increase the amount of the credit.
